The Role

We are looking for an Advising Lead to be the trusted human connection between our clients and our powerful investment platform. This is not a traditional financial advisor role. You will combine the compassion and holistic planning of a top-tier advisor with the sophisticated portfolio knowledge of a hedge fund manager. You will be responsible for onboarding our clients, building lasting relationships, and translating our complex quantitative strategies into actionable, understandable advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Journey: Manage the entire client lifecycle, from the initial discovery call and onboarding to ongoing reviews and relationship management.
• Develop Comprehensive Plans: Create and present tailored wealth and financial plans that address each client's unique goals.
• Serve as a Financial Translator: Masterfully explain sophisticated portfolio management concepts (like risk exposures, alpha, and hedging) to clients in a clear and empowering way.
• Be the Voice of the Client: Act as a critical feedback loop to our Platform and AI teams, helping to shape our technology by championing the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• Required: An active Series 65 license (or ability to obtain it immediately).
• Required: Significant experience in a client-facing role such as a wealth manager, financial advisor, or financial planner.
• Strongly Preferred: CFP® designation or equivalent, demonstrable expertise in comprehensive financial planning.
• A Modern Portfolio Expert: You must possess a deep understanding of modern portfolio management techniques and be comfortable discussing risk exposures, asset correlations, alpha/beta, and hedging principles.
• Exceptional Communicator: You are friendly, compassionate, and kind, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Client-Obsessed: You have a genuine passion for client success and are relentless in your pursuit of helping people achieve their financial goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 USD
• Equity: A meaningful equity grant in the company. We want our founding team members to be true owners and share in the success we build together.

Location: This role is based in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado area. As a foundational team, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration and strongly prefer candidates who can work with us in our office in a hybrid working capacity.
